Basic Rate: Rent is for the berth based on size of the slip indicated, including up to 3′ permitted overhang.
Waiting List Deposit: $100.00 non-refundable – applied to the first month’s slip fee.
Performance Fee: Equal to one (1) month basic slip rent

Liveaboard Fees:
$337.00/Month in addition to slip fees
Available only on boats 35′ and larger. NO PETS.
Card Key License: The FIRST gold and the FIRST blue key cards are free – ALL others are $25.00 each, no exceptions and the fee is non-refundable.
Transfer Fee: The FIRST transfer is free – Additional transfers $50.00 ea.
Dinghy Rack: $10/mo
Guest Berths: All vessels – $1.00 per ft/per day – min. $30.00 $25.00 refundable card deposit.
